Site Brain respects your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and is GDPR-aware. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Website content you ask us to crawl, used solely to build and run your chatbot.
• Chat messages between your customers and the bot, used to generate answers and show you analytics.
• Leads (name, email, phone) your customers voluntarily submit, stored for you the bot owner.
• Account & billing data needed to provide paid plans (processed by Razorpay/Stripe).

How we use it

To operate the Service, answer questions, prevent abuse, and improve quality. We do not sell your data. AI processing is performed through a model gateway with zero training on your data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sitebrain.aiskillhub.info. We delete bot data on account closure.

We use only essential cookies for theme preference and session continuity. No third-party ad trackers.
