These Terms govern your use of Site Brain ("the Service"), an AI chatbot platform operated from India. By creating a bot or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Site Brain crawls a website you own or are authorised to use, and generates an AI assistant that answers questions based on that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Do not crawl websites you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to extract other customers' data or disrupt the Service.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Message quotas reset each calendar month. You may cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. AI output

AI responses are generated from your content and may contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Site Brain is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot output.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
