Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing billing@sitebrain.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guaranteeon your first paid month. If Site Brain isn't right for you, email billing@sitebrain.aiskillhub.info within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Renewal payments after the first month are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
• Free plans involve no payment and nothing to refund.
